My Disney Experience Account and Mobile App

To further enhance your visit at Disney, prior to your arrival you can sign up for a My Disney Experience account, if you don’t already have one. You also can download the free My Disney Experience mobile app!

Using the My Disney Experience mobile app, you can:

         Select and modify your party’s FastPass+ experiences.

         Explore Walt Disney World® Resort on the interactive, GPS-enabled map.

         Get attraction wait times as well as show times for fireworks and parades.

         Browse restaurant menus, make dining reservations and place mobile orders at select quick-service restaurants.

         Navigate the parks with turn-by-turn ease using the new Get Directions function.

         Buy theme park tickets on the go (does not include convention tickets).

         Check-in to your Walt Disney World® Resort hotel room and open the door to your room.

         Review your recent folio changes.

         Manage your Disney Resort reservations, tickets, MagicBands and cards.

         Download, edit and share your PhotoPass media by purchasing Memory Maker, which includes unlimited downloads of photos taken by Disney photographers at select locations.

You also have the ability to link your MagicBand with your theme park tickets, which will also give you access to your FastPass+ service. To do this, both your MagicBand and valid theme park admission must be linked to your My Disney Experience account. From your My Disney Experience account, go to “My Plans, Reservations and Tickets,” click “Add More Plans,” scroll down until you see “Link Tickets,” and follow the steps from there. When linking multiple park tickets, please ensure you are linking to the correct member of your party. Each name must be listed individually.

A great deal of valuable information is summarized on the CSCCa website concerning Disney’s Magical Express, the advanced Airline Check-In Service, as well as discounted ticket information.
