We are looking forward to seeing you at the 2018 CSCCa National Conference! Official Conference Hotel and Shuttle information is now available on the CSCCa Website. Early Bird registration is well underway, and you can register for the 2018 CSCCa National Conference here. Hotel rooms are going fast, so please do not delay in making your reservation. If you have any issues making your hotel reservation, please contact the CSCCa National Office at 801.375.9400.

Important Friday, May 11, Hotel Reservation Information

Due to TCU Graduation on Saturday, May 12, 2018, we are unable to secure additional rooms for Friday night, May 11, 2018, at the Omni Fort Worth Hotel. However, the Sheraton Hotel has indicated that they currently have rooms available for this night. Consequently, if you are planning to stay in Fort Worth after the conclusion of the National Conference and are unable to obtain a reservation for your entire stay at the Omni, you may want to consider making your entire reservation at the Sheraton Hotel. Please note that reservations made at the Sheraton must be cancelled 4 days in advance of the reservation date in order to avoid paying a cancellation charge.
