We sincerely hope that everyone enjoyed the Thanksgiving Holiday and took time to reflect upon the many blessings and privileges we all enjoy! We wish you and your families a very merry Christmas and a happy and prosperous New Year.
We are well into the new academic year and athletic season. Best wishes from the CSCCa National Office for a safe and successful season! This month’s message is an update regarding the programs discussed in the September CSCCa Monthly.
“The past four months since the 2019 CSCCa National Conference have flown by, and it’s hard to believe that another new school year has already begun. I want to take this opportunity to wish each of you a safe and successful athletic season…”
Health and safety continues to be a top priority of the CSCCa and its member coaches. January and February can be a time during which athletes are at increased risk due to many athletes being away from training for an extended period of time due to the holiday break between school semesters.
As 2018 draws to a close, CSCCa Executive Director, Dr. Chuck Stiggins, takes a moment to share his best wishes for the holiday season, the new year and the future of the CSCCa and the strength and conditioning coaching profession.
